Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and u9999 ("u9999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the u9999 website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at https://u9999.io.

4.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

u9999 reserves the right to reverse or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds associated with refused transactions will be returned to the originating payment method where possible. u9999 is not liable for any delay or loss arising from a transaction being declined by a third-party payment provider.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.2 Effect of Termination
